watcha think? happy right? this photo was taken during my cousin's wedding. we were complete there and it's our first time, plus the two little girls there--nieces. sayang wala ang mga in-laws! you'll seldom see us complete in one setting lalong-lalo na sa picture co'z my older bros. are kinda "kj" when it comes to picture taking. my family is too close yet too far with each other. i say so because never in our life or even a straight week that we're together. we have different lives, especially my older bros who were already married. my mom & dad stays in our provincial house in Maasim, Sarangani and visit us (me, robie & raffy) in Gensan every weekends, or every other week or it depends upon their schedule. they we're both busy kasi, especially mamang. our eldest has his own house and business in Maasim, while the second is doing business also but in Gensan. nevertheless, we maintain our closeness with each other. people notice this often and appreciates the way we are treating each other. they say that we are just like barkadas. my dad, when introducing us to his friends would say that we are his ka-barkadas and will jokingly insist to call him kuya in front of them.. and that people will just laugh at their admiration. and it's something that i am proud of! sabi nga nila, "an ounce of blood is worth more than a pound of friendship.
